Inside you have a queen-sized bedroom, a single-bed and 2 air beds. The space includes amenities and kitchen, bath, laundry, and living room. I regulate the AC and heat however there is a fan and heater. If you want more or less just ask. You can have a third guest I have a Full size futon.

This rental requires that tenants can safely get down stairs.
