Start the day with coffee on your own balcony then unwind in the spacious Lounge and Dining area with self-contained kitchen, heat pump/aircon unit for year-round comfort. The Lake is approximately 400mtrs away with boat ramp, bike & walking tracks. We are owner occupied living in the downstairs of the main house. We offer you complete independence and privacy within your stay.

It is the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the view!

Lovely, 1-bedroom, self contained unit, double glazed windows. Own courtyard in a sunny garden, the courtyard includes a private area for you to lockup 2 bikes. Close to Taupo lake and town. This unit is in the lower part of our home, which is a 2-storey building. Your access, courtyard and living areas are all completely separate from ours, with off street parking. Your privacy during your stay is our utmost consideration and therefore we take all steps necessary to leave you to relax.

Two Sliding doors open to a private deck (can be enclosed) with a kitchen (hotplate, pot, frypan, coffee machine, tea, and milk in a small fridge), fireplace, private bathroom, and a stunning view from the outdoor bath and shower (hot water).
