It’s conveniently close to a main road leading to Tallinn, and just 500 meters away is Lõunakeskus, the largest shopping center in South Estonia. It’s centrally located within 9 minutes’ drive to the center/old town by car or taxi - the nearest bus station with frequent schedule busses (every 15 minutes) is only 50 meter and the connection takes only 15 minutes to center/old town. The energy saving house and was built in 2020. You have 60 m2 apartment in 2 foors with sauna and balcony. Kitchen and bedroom 1st floor and sauna with romantic relax room in the 2st floor . Apartment is in the 1st floor of the building.
