This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.
