The bathroom is large and modern. There is a small covered outdoor deck with rural views to neighbouring farms and there is ample parking for cars/trailers/campervans. Welcome to our spacious and airconditioned pool side studio. The 55sqm studio unit is set apart from our family home and overlooks our resort style pool. We live on a 2 1/2 acre lifestyle block just outside of Hamilton and easy access to Cambridge and Lake Karapiro. Hobbiton, Waitomo Caves and Rotorua are an enjoyable day trip from our place. Unlimited Wifi and multi channel 'Freeview' TV are available. Our family home is across the pool and we are happy to help in any way we can.

Relax and unwind in our intimate studio by Lake Karapiro. Treetops studio is situated in a peaceful garden setting with lovely views over the treetops above Lake Karapiro. At the end of the drive(500m) is the Karapiro domain - enjoy a short walk to have a coffee at the Podium cafe or cycle/walk the Te Awa cycleway. We are 20mins from Hamilton airport and a great location to access local tourist attractions: Cambridge 10mins, Hobbiton 30mins, Rotorua 1hour, Waitomo caves 1 hour.

Beautiful hideaway, amazing views over the Waikato river and farmland. A few minutes drive to the supermarket, Mystery Creek( Field days)Velodrome, and Hamilton City. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path! This cottage has everything you need, including a full kitchen with dish drawer and oven, a washing machine and heat pump/Air con. All linen provided.
