Access to downtown entertainment areas takes approximately 30 minutes by train from Ichinoe Station. ■ Access to Tokyo Disney Resort By car: Approx. 15 minutes to Tokyo Disneyland Direct shuttle bus: From the bus stop “Furukawa Shinsui Park,” located on the road directly in front of the villa, • Approx. 25 minutes to Tokyo Disneyland • Approx. 35 minutes to Tokyo DisneySea (depending on traffic conditions) ※The villa is a convenient base for visiting both Disneyland and DisneySea over two days. ■ Property Overview Maximum occupancy: 1–8 guests For more than 8 guests, an additional fee of ¥5,000 per person per night applies. One set of sheets is provided per bed. ■ Pool Information Availability: May to early October Depth: 1.1 meters In May, June, September, and early October, the water temperature is automatically adjusted up to 32°C. However, due to outdoor temperatures, the water may feel cooler on colder days and swimming may not be comfortable. In July and August, the pool heating function is turned off. The gazebo (sunshade) curtains will be installed from mid-July through August. However, for safety reasons, they will be removed during rainy weather or strong winds, even if you are using the BBQ area. ■ Amenities & Facilities Amenities: Toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hairbrush, razor, slippers, coffee, tea, mineral water Towels: One set per guest regardless of length of stay (1 bath towel & 1 face towel per person) For additional washing, please use the coin laundry next to the nearby LAWSON. 中央自動車道都留ICから5分。都留市駅からタクシーで10分。周囲を閑静な里山に囲まれた場所に佇む築150年の古民家です。建築時期は江戸時代後期。到着されたらぜひ、館内の天井を見上げてみてください。手斧を使い、丸太から人の手で削り出した梁に気付かれると思います。 ここは、かつて「羽休庄 (はやすみのしょう)」 と呼ばれた地域。都留市は富士山の伏流水が豊富な水の都。庭に、夏狩地区から峠を越えて引水する滝があります。焚き火スペースの地面には、江戸時代に建設された谷村大堰の分水を司った、溶岩を加工した遺跡が埋め込まれています。 滝を眺めながら、焚き火とBBQ、晴天時は星空をお楽しみ頂けます。清流の音、焚き火の炎、木がはぜる音が織りなす1/fゆらぎの空間にて、ゆっくりと羽を休めてください。 この施設は、郡内（東部・富士五湖地域）に居住する有志が集まり、活動を行う「NPO持続可能な郡内地域づくり研究会」が運営主体です。管理は小菅村・道志村で森林資源活用を行う、株式会社リトル・トリーが実施しています。

2024年7月にデザイナーによるリフォームをした、山中湖から徒歩11分の別荘地にある 「プライベートリゾート 富士」 という一日一組限定の宿です。 延床面積115㎡、3LDK のログハウスを基調とした和モダンデザイン一軒家で、 ２階にあがると、リビングの窓から大きな富士山を望むことができ、富士山をバックに大きなバルコニーでBBQをしたり、木々に囲まれたバレルサウナを満喫した後には、そのまま外の休憩スペースで森林浴をしたりと、していただけます。庭には、大きな焚き火台があり、火を囲んで語らうこともできます。また、庭には高めの柵を設置しているため、愛犬を連れてきても逃げてしまう心配はございません。 部屋には90インチの大型スクリーンがあり、Prime Video、Youtube などが楽しめます。夜には、条件が良ければ満天の星空も見ることができます。
