This is a newly renovated old Japanese house, a middle-class residence built in 1929 and renovated in 2017. It is a legal accommodation permitted by the city of Osaka. Located in the southern part of Osaka, a very quiet residential area. 10 minutes away from the nearest subway station, Kishinosato. It is easy to reach Namba, Umeda by subway, KIX and Koyasan by Nankai Railway. The 7-11 convenience store is one minute away. The Sento public bath is also very close to my house.

際立った特徴はありませんが自分なりにデザインしました。 南海本線　関西空港駅から電車で約２０分、最寄り駅　井原里から歩いて約５分です。当方、駐車場はございません。お手数ですが、最寄り駅の井原里駅北側の有料駐車場をご利用ください。 *It's not that unique like other listings but I furnished the apartment by my own taste. Please try it and you like it. *It's about 20-minute ride from KIX airport and 5-minute walk from the nearest station to get to the apartment. *We have no parking space. Please park your car in the coin-parking located north part of Iharanosato station.

Just a 3-minute walk from the train station. Hop off your train and step outside the station in just a few steps, completely stair-free. The train passes close enough to see from the front of our house, yet far enough that you won’t hear a single sound.
