Our property is a beautiful house, 100 metres from the Barbati beach, one of the best beaches of Corfu. It is located 17km from the town of Corfu, which is included in the World Heritage list of UNESCO. The house is suitable for summer holidays from 30th April to 30th September . It can sleep 4 people, ideally 2 adults and 2 children. The house has a very confortable yard-balcony, where you can have your breakfast or your afternoon coffee under the sunny summer sky. There is one bedroom with one double bed and two comfortable sofas at the sitting area, bathroom, kitchen and outdoor private space.Also is offered free Wi Fi. The beach is literally one minute on foot and there are several restaurants and cafes nearby. ένας χώρος ιδανικός για όλα τα άτομα που επιθυμούν να απολαύσουν την ηρεμία και την θάλασσα στις διακοπές τους! βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο χωριό των Συβότων και της Πλαταριάς, κοντά στον ποταμό "Αχέροντα", κοντά στις πιο όμορφες παραλιες! στα 500 μετρα βρίσκεται το Camping Nautilos. Έχει χώρο στάθμευσης, αυλή, κήπο και μπαλκόνι με θέα στην θάλασσα! Έίναι ιδανικό για παιδιά αλλά και τα ενήλικα άτομα. Eίναι το τρίτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του N e ra d u house και περιβάλλεται από έναν υπεραιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.
