Ο χώρος μου βρίσκεται σε ένα απόλυτα αιγαιοπελαγίτικο περιβάλλον, με υπέροχη θέα, ακριβώς πάνω από την παραλία της Αμπέλας και πολύ κοντά στο Μέγα Γιαλό (5' με όχημα/ 10' με τα πόδια, μέσω μονοπατιού). Το παραδοσιακό, κυκλαδίτικο Fabrika, χτισμένο πάνω στο κύμα καθώς απέχει μόλις 10μ. από την παραλία της Φάμπρικας, διαθέτει ηλιόλουστη βεράντα με πανοραμική θέα της παραλίας καθώς και το Αιγαίο και τα Κυκλαδονήσια. Σε απόσταση 700μ. βρίσκεται η οργανωμένη παραλία της Βάρης που μπορεί κάποιος να βρει διάφορα καφέ-μπαρ και εστιατόρια. Η κοσμοπολίτικη Ερμούπολη και το λιμάνι της απέχουν μόλις 5χλμ και το αεροδρόμιο της Σύρου 3χλμ.

The house is build with stones like all other houses in the village. I'm preserving the traditional way of the village islanders living with all the modern needs of today. The house has a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa an equip kitchen and a bathroom. It also has a private backyard where you can smell the fresh air from the beautiful view of the mountains and feel the nature.

The studio combines tradition with luxury and comfort. The decoration of Ostria is minimalist according to the Cycladic traditions of the island.
