Within 15 min driving time there is golf, Turning Stone Casino, and Vernon Downs Horse Track. Destiny Mall is 25 min drive away. We have kayak rentals, adult supervision needed.

Make yourself at home in our family friendly lake house, steps from all local attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Enjoy the natural shade on the front patio or step down to the sandy shore of Sylvan Beach for sun and swimming. Appreciate the chef's kitchen full of gadgets with gas range or use the outdoor grill. In the evening take in the breathtaking sunsets and light a fire in the pit. Central AC, a cabinet full of board games, and two cable HDTVs will keep everyone happy while inside.

Dock your personal boat out back on 50 feet of the beautiful Oneida Lake South Shore and feel free to use the Paddle Board w/life jacket, the Kayaks w/ paddles or the fishing poles provided for Guest use. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy the evening scenery on the spacious deck or in the hot tub with friends and family awaiting the spectacular South Shore sunsets!

Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place. This is a cozy 4 bedroom house located on Oneida Lake. It will comfortably sleep up to ten people. There are TV’s in each bedroom. You can cozy up to the fireplace in the living room on a cold night. There are two full bathrooms one on each floor. There is a large deck with many seats to view the beautiful sunsets each night. All bedding, blankets, towels, and paper products are included with your stay.

The Spencer at Verona Beach

Sylvan-Verona Beach is the destination place to be in central New York. The Spencer is a comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment located on the relaxing south side of the bridge just walking distance over from Sylvan Beach and all the action ranging from not only a beautiful sandy beach, many family owned restaurants, a lovely carousel, the Lake House Casino, an old time amusement park and many shops. The State Park is just south in walking distance as well.

“The Penthouse" is Condo 5, a 4-bedroom unit within the Oneida Lake House, a renovated lakefront property with a total of five condos. This is the largest unit of the five, with a private balcony, a full kitchen, a living room with a 65" smart TV, and a shuffle board for extra fun. Step out to the shared lawn, firepit, hot tubs, and beach just a few steps away. Grill, sip a drink under the gazebo, or gather around the fire as the sun sets over the lake.

Amazing Beach front home is located on the East side of Oneida lake offering a private beach, fire pit, outdoor shower, yard, and two decks for the ultimate family vacation, family reunion or a relaxing getaway. All 4 bedrooms have full bathrooms two bedrooms have private entrances. The main house offers full kitchen with two refrigerators, oven, 10-person dining table, separate reading and relaxing space, flat screen tv's throughout the home.

Oneida Lake Cabin: 5 beds, WiFi, parking (pets OK)

A bunkhouse/cabin on Oneida Lake, with lake access and a new dock (in season). The cabin has five single beds, a fridge and a large bathroom (with multiple sinks, toilets & warm showers). There is WiFi, a TV, radio, etc. Guests have used the cabin as a base for boating, fishing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, or as a peaceful place to stay while in the area for work. There is a BBQ grill and a large fire pit on the grounds for guest use.
