The Lake House is 1800 sq. ft. of complete relaxation. Dock your personal boat out back on 50 feet of the beautiful Oneida Lake South Shore and feel free to use the Paddle Board w/life jacket, the Kayaks w/ paddles or the fishing poles provided for Guest use. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy the evening scenery on the spacious deck or in the hot tub with friends and family awaiting the spectacular South Shore sunsets!

Within a 3 minute walk to Verona Beach State Park on beautiful Oneida Lake with a sandy beach, swimming, hiking trails, playground, snack bar, kiddie splash pad, picnicking, waterfront walking path and amazing sunsets. Just a 15 minute walk (4 minute drive) to the Sylvan Beach resort area with restaurants, an amusement park, casino, sandy beach, canal for fishing, boat rental and events all season long!

The Spencer at Verona Beach

Sylvan-Verona Beach is the destination place to be in central New York. The Spencer is a comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment located on the relaxing south side of the bridge just walking distance over from Sylvan Beach and all the action ranging from not only a beautiful sandy beach, many family owned restaurants, a lovely carousel, the Lake House Casino, an old time amusement park and many shops. The State Park is just south in walking distance as well.

All Season Rental in the Heart of Sylvan Beach

Enjoy all Sylvan Beach has to offer in this spacious and comfortable home, located in the heart of the village. Unlimited fun is just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and casino. Situated on an oversized lot, there is plenty of room to enjoy the fresh outdoor air. The home features high speed wifi, smart TV, outdoor barbeque grill, washing machine and dryer. Beach towels, a beach cart, a cooler and beach chairs are provided for use on the beach.

Oneida Lake Cabin: 5 beds, WiFi, parking (pets OK)

A bunkhouse/cabin on Oneida Lake, with lake access and a new dock (in season). The cabin has five single beds, a fridge and a large bathroom (with multiple sinks, toilets & warm showers). There is WiFi, a TV, radio, etc. Guests have used the cabin as a base for boating, fishing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, or as a peaceful place to stay while in the area for work. There is a BBQ grill and a large fire pit on the grounds for guest use.
