Welcome to a high standard hideaway in the tranquil heart of Maen Valley. Roam the 5 acre farmstead or simply relax in the gardens. Ideally located for Maenporth and Swanpool beaches, coastal path and vibrant Falmouth by car, cycle or foot as well as the Uni campus. The local village boasts a pub, restaurant (both dog friendly), and shop. The golf course, water sports facilities, Treba, Penjerrick and Glen Durgan gardens are all nearby. The Helford has a year round dog friendly beach and pub.

Mariners Mirror

Mariners Mirror is situated on the water’s edge with access from the private terrace into the sea! It is perfect for those who love wild swimming and paddle boarding, as well as those wishing to stay on terra firma and watch the world go by. It is a 2 minute climb up the stone steps, through the iconic Barracks Ope and out onto the Old High Street (or 4 minutes if you want to avoid the steps!). From here you can experience Falmouth’s best independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

A modern, light and airy self-contained annexe (attached to the main family house). The flat has a double bedroom, ensuite shower room, kitchen and lounge/diner leading out to a private deck. The central location is really convenient for enjoying all Falmouth has to offer. The high street, offering loads of great places to eat, drink and shop, is a short stroll away (5 mins). The beautiful main beach (Gylly) is 10-15 minutes walk. Falmouth Town railway station is just a 5 minute walk too.

Oysters is a two bedroomed modern apartment at Swanpool Falmouth. Swanpool Beach with it's popular water-sports is 500 metres away. The coastal path which offers walkers spectacular views is always a draw. As is Swanpool Lake which is a site of special scientific interest, (SSSI) which is within a leisurely stroll. There are excellent restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance, Gylly Café and Hooked on the Rocks being many peoples favourites. We live in Swanpool should you need us.
