With a brand new Weber grill, picnic table, and fire pit, there is plenty of outside living. Trotting Park, South Village, and West Dennis Beaches are all walkable. Enjoy food from Sandbar, Swan River Seafood, Chapin's, Cleat & Anchor, & Bandera's Market in the summer. Call off season.

Our cottage (Graham Cracker House) sits steps from crystal clear White Pond. The cottage offers private access to the pond for swimming, fishing and boating. The large outdoor space is great for dining and relaxing by the pond. It is 1.5 miles to the Cape Cod rail trail (bike trail), close to many dining options and 3 miles to some of the best beaches Cape Cod has to offer. There is another cottage on the property for rent that sleep 4 guests. No sharks here!

Relax with family and friends at the charming and cozy Swan River Cottage on the banks of the scenic Swan River. Few minutes away from Dennis beaches. This is the perfect place to have fun any time of year. In the summer, go down to the private dock and kayak up to Swan Pond or down to the beaches. Enjoy fishing and look for deer and other wildlife roaming around. Spend time watching the sunset on the water as you sit on the private sightseeing dock.
