No. 36 is a perfect getaway for a couple (or a single traveller) who like to keep things traditional but have all the mod-cons at their fingertips. You are on a leafy back street with parking directly outside the front of the cottage and a field opposite over which you can walk to come out in the Churchyard in the heart of Swaffham. This surprisingly spacious cottage boasts a stunning bespoke kitchen and numerous charming features including a snug room in the loft and a pair of bicycles to ride!

Nearby are the ruins of the 11th Century Castle and Monastery. Close by is The Ostrich a 15th-century public house, Wittles Cafe, Spar store and Fish and Chip shop. It is an idea base for exploring with Nar Valley and Peddars Way close by and a short drive to the Coast, Sandringham, Holkham and Houghton Estates.

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. Nestled in the beautiful Norfolk countryside, Flint Cottage is a charming and unique property. Set at the end of a secluded private lane, it can accommodate up to four guests. The property is situated roughly halfway between the town of King's Lynn and the historic medieval city of Norwich. The gorgeous North Norfolk coast, with 45 miles of unspoilt beaches, is a 35-minute drive away, and the Broads National Park is a 45-minute journey.
