Newly renovated mid 19th century stone house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, suitable for six guests. The house has two big terraces, and a back garden perfect for relaxing outdoors. It is located 350m walk from a beautiful beach in the quiet, traditional village of Rijeka Rezevici. The beach is accessible on foot or by car, with a great restaurant and beach bar, Balun. Our house is neighbouring several beaches, restaurants and a village shop. Rezevici is known for relaxed layback vacations.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, just 5 minutes from the Old Town Budva. The apartment has a beautiful view of Budva Bay. It is situated in a family house, which has a garden with a lot of various plants and trees. The apartment has its own separate entrance. It is always cleaned and before new guests arrive.
