Lekker hytte med egen strand. Kun 45 min fra Oslo. Hytta ligger mellom Drammen og Svelvik ved Drammensfjorden. Hytta består av hovedsoverom med 180 cm dobbeltseng. Hems m. 2 adskilte soveplasser med 2x 120 cm senger i den ene enden og 150 cm dobbeltseng i motsatt ende. Innholdsrikt kjøkken med alle fasiliteter. Bad med dusj, servant og Cinderella brenndo. Åpen og sosial planløsning med kjøkken, stue og spisestue. Nydelig utsikt fra alle rom. Her får man virkelig ro i sjelen. Velkommen!

Leiligheten har en fantastisk beliggenhet med sjøutsikt midt i Svelvik sentrum. Gangavstand til alle fasiliteter som restauranter, butikker, serveringssteder, badeplasser mm. Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

Only 50 minutes from Oslo, this spacious house is located in a wonderful, quiet, sunny, seaside location. Most rooms offer panoramic views of the fjord. The house has a modern dark interior, a fully equipped open kitchen and a spacious living room that connects with sliding glass doors to a large veranda, facing west and overlooking the sea. Parking in the front yard. Charger for electric car is available for a fee.
