This 1-8 person accommodation is located in Skåne, Svedala, just a half-hour drive from Malmö, Lund, Ystad, Trelleborg, and Copenhagen. Close to the beach, forest, culture, golf courses, birdwatching, and more. The house is used as a guesthouse year-round. It is a well-equipped and relatively new stone house from 2012, situated on the host's property with a view of the courtyard and surrounding fields.

A complete guesthouse just for you. Here you will find your very own sauna, a big bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen complete with stove and fridge/freezer and a loft with a king size double bed. The couch folds out to a queen size bed. The guest house is right next to our main house but has its very own patio for some privacy. Parking is easy accessible and is is of course included. We are usually close by if you have any questions or want tips regarding the surroundings.

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Närheten till golf i världsklass, 5 minuter till Bokskogens GK, 10 minuter till PGA National. 25 minuter till Malmö city och 8 minuter till alla faciliteter i Svedala där du även tar tåget till Köpenhamn eller Malmö. Från lugnet i skogen till stränderna i Höllviken och Falsterbo på 25 minuter. Njut av lugnet i skogen men där allt finns inom en arms räckhåll.

Upplev lugnet i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende. Vakna upp i detta hus beläget på privat tomt med natur och hästar som granne. Boendet är ljust, fräscht och är beläget på landet. Med en egen uteplats med vy ut mot dom skånska kullarna så finns det tid för att njuta. I huset finns det tillgång till tvättmaskin, vatten, mikrovågsugn, kaffekokare och ett litet kylskåp. Det finns också plats för er bil. Närmsta busshållplats ligger 2km bort och 4km till tågstation.

Plan 1 har sovavdelning.ä med dubbelsäng. TV hörna med soffa o fåtölj och bakom detta ytterligare 2 sängar( enkelsängar som kan bli dubbelsäng). Framför panorama fönstret med fantastisk utsikt finns fåtöljer och bord för avkoppling och umgänge.

You’ll love this house because of the views, the outdoors space and the calming ambiance. Our home is good for nature lovers & couples. Our garden have several fruit trees and berry bushes so feel free to harvest the fruits and berries depending of the season.

Welcome to our carefully renovated farm buildings with preserved rural charm. On 100 square meters, you will find a completely new kitchen, bathroom, and new beds alongside my grandmother’s beautiful furniture. Everything is close by: 9 km from Malmö city center, 15 minutes by car to Emporia and Malmö Arena, and only 6 minutes to the PGA Sweden National golf course. Perfect for a family or two couples.

Livingroom with a small selfcontained kitchenette with refrigerator. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Cot and highchair possible. We expect you to leave the house nice and clean.
