The Up North Tree house is located in the charming village of Suttons Bay and although this house may not technically be a treehouse, you will enjoy 360 views of trees nestled just outside of the center of town. This Glenn Arai designed home offers a modernist style with thoughtful consideration for its building site. Situated on a forested hill, it offers a tranquil setting under the shade of towering trees, surrounded by perennial gardens.

Seeblick Haus is a small vacation home for 4 people on a secluded, very private site in Northport. The cabin's contemporary design features an open floor plan, and the house is designed around the property's natural setting to provide a 270-degree view of Grand Traverse Bay and the surrounding orchards. Large windows offer a sense of being close to nature in all seasons, and the wrap-around porch extends the living space outdoors.
