With a 2 car connected garage and indoor/outdoor sandstone fireplace, it comprises 2 large king bedrooms each with a walk-in robe and ensuite. There is ducted air conditioning, fully appointed kitchen, open plan living dining, concealed laundry, outdoor dining terrace, swinging seat and BBQ. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4 or 5. Enjoy the heated floors and an Internal fire at the press of a button. Firepit outside awaits, sizzle a steak or toast marshmallows under the stars. Snuggle up on the couch, stream a movie you never got to see or work on the super fast internet. Take a walk along the country lanes and enjoy the fresh air.

Contemporary Country Experience

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

This cottage is nestled in a breathtaking 2.5 acre established garden. It is perfect for couples wanting to retreat from the world or it is close to Bowral and surrounding attractions including golf clubs and vineyards. The cottage is well appointed with all necessities, such as tea, coffee and toiletries. Large bathroom with spa bath and separate shower. Situated in the heart of historic Berrima, Ardleigh Cottage offers the discerning traveller all of the comforts of home in a tranquil and relaxing garden setting. Quiet yet very close to the many attractions of Berrima, this private abode is the perfect place for your Highlands stay. A historic pub, a cellar door, galleries, speciality shops, cafes, restaurants, historical places of interest and beautiful bush walks are all within walking distance from the cottage.

Roseanna Cottage is the perfect destination for your next getaway. This purposely built cottage has been tastefully decorated to offer a unique mix of modern comforts and farm yard charm. Surrounded by lush farm land the property has wonderful views of the nearby bush and from the back deck complete with BBQ you can listen to the sounds of neighbouring animals, including sheep, cows, alpacas. Why not take a picnic lunch into the bush and enjoy the surroundings.

Sauna Haus with Scandinavian design

The Sauna Haus, completed in October 2021, is situated on a 1 acre property, shared with our residential home. It is perfect for couples and small families wanting to retreat from the world whilst being a short 5 min. drive/15 min. walk to Bowral and surrounding attractions including vineyards, boutiques, cafe's and golf clubs. If you are bringing a dog, please include it in your booking and read 'Other details to note' about what dogs we welcome.
