The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. We recently moved from this lovely space to a family house and now we've refurbished the place and we're renting it again. We updated our old Airbnb page, hence the reviews 7 years old :) Located at center of Lapad quarter, 5 min from Sunset Beach and other beaches. Spacious living room/bedroom, both with A/C. Comfortable bed. Fast WIFI. Terrace. OLD TOWN 12 MIN BY BUS. Bus stop at 2 mins. Promenade full of cafes/restaurants 1min away. Supermarket just accross the street.

With 3 terraces 2 kitchens 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped for longer stays. Beach is located just 100 meter away. 130m2 or 1399.31 square foot with terraces! Note that the Magistrala freeway is passing next to our house so arrival is easy and parking provided!
