Located within a premier oceanfront resort, our unit provides access to a wide range of resort amenities for no extra cost, including 4 outdoor & 2 indoor pools, a 375-ft lazy river, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, lighted pickleball/tennis/basketball courts, a playground, on site dining, & nearly 700 feet of pristine beachfront.

Welcome to “Surfside Serenity,” a fresh, modern and well-appointed 2 bed, 1.5 bath condo only only 1.5 miles to the beach! 1st floor unit - NO stairs! The space sleeps 4 adults comfortably & can accommodate up to 6 if you’d like to utilize the queen sleeper sofa for an amenity charge. We are a privately owned condo in Grand Palms Resort, but their shuttle and extras are not included with this listing. You will enjoy parking for 2 cars, WiFi, premium cable and a safe, quiet space to call home.

Totally Beaching - Unit #2 is one of 4 spacious condos located a block from the beach & 2 blocks from the fishing pier in the heart of historic Cherry Grove. Each unit is 900sf with 2 bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen and living room with front and rear porch access. The rear porch overlooks a natural pond teeming with wading birds and other wildlife. Guests are provided the essentials: bed linens, towels/bath clothes, cookware, and keurig coffee maker. Unit #2 is on the 2nd level right.
