Walking distance to downtown/restaurants. Located in the Ventura taco district. Blocks away from first Friday art walk. Private entrance and patio. Street parking only. Well lit entrance with security cameras. Lots of activities to do including: surfing, biking, hiking, boating, fishing, sightseeing, etc.

Hummingbird Cozy Cottage, Garden, Treehouse, Views

The cottage is VERY small (think Tiny House) but with all the comforts and amenities. The bedroom has a full bed that sleeps a couple, the den has a fold down twin with a memory foam topper stored underneath, extra linens in the dresser. The treehouse is a SMALL separate structure with a twin bed and a small deck. It is a regular twin, not extra long so is best for a child or Not- Too-Tall adult. It is heated, has WIFI and a wonderful view but not its own bathroom.

The Cottage is a cozy, welcoming casita in the garden of our home. You have a separate gated entrance, full kitchen and bath, bedroom with double bed and a sitting room with queen sleep sofa. There is plenty of outside relaxing space to enjoy the flora while you are a short hop to historic downtown or the beach. City of Ventura STVR (#2340) 10% tax is included in our daily rate.
