The apartment has a separate entrance. The apartment has a kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom and a covered terrace with a table and a view of the garden. The apartment is air-conditioned, has satellite TV and an internet connection. Guests can use the garage, barbecue and shower cabin in the yard, as well as a large table in the yard. The house is a two-minute walk to the sandy beach. There is only one apartment for rent in the house. There are three excellent restaurants nearby.

The appartement is placed in Lopar (Island Rab) very near sandy beach Mel and is surrounded with lovely nature and beautiful views on Sea & Hills. Perched on steep rocks, 30m above the sea level, this idyllic studio is a perfect getaway for a much needed vacation. Surrounded by a vegetation reserve of Dubrava-Hanzine, it offers a luxurious experience - the sweeping views of the Pag Bay and the mountain range of Velebit, for one. Beach Rozin Bok 50m from the apartment. Parking, A/C, outside grill, and outside solar shower included. SUP and kayak are available during the stay in the apartment.

Completely new house located just 100m from the sea with heated pool. The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag. From the house there are some nice views toward the crystal clear sea. Neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. House is decorated in minimalist style yet it's modern and equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay.

Vlatkoviceva city center apartment

Senj has neither industry nor pollutants. The guests in Senj feel safe. There is no danger of the crime - you can safely walk around during the day and at night. Senj is not a typical tourist destination; there are no big hotels or crowds. On the beaches and in the restaurants you can always find a place. Senj is interesting for guests traveling to Dalmatia, the Dalmatian islands and Dubrovnik, so they can take a break halfway.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

The old town is about 7 minutes walk away from the house, and the nearest beach is about 4 minutes walk from the apartment. Feel free to ask us about anything you are interested in, we will be more that happy to respond. We can also provide you with our own homemade olive oil, and vegetables straight from our garden.
