I live on the second floor, and there's one other neighbor on the third. Walk to Golden Gate Park. This is a brilliant getaway for advanced surfers; you step right off the beach into our yard. It's convenient to go out downtown, and it's safe and quiet when you come home. Easy Muni access, free street parking, and laundry in the house.

Huge flat screen TV with cable and High Speed Wifi. We are 4 blocks from Golden Gate Park and 2 blocks from Sutro Park with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. A few minutes walk to Lands End trails, Sutro Baths Ruins and down to Ocean Beach.

With xeriscaping characterized by local plants and bougainvillea, our little blue beach house has a large front porch with lots of sunlight to relax in and a small backyard deck to enjoy the warm weather. Inside, the living room has 14' ceilings with skylights. The guest room is fully furnished as are the kitchen and master bedroom.

There is plenty of parking on the street. We live in the upstairs level and can answer any questions as needed and are happy to help as much or as little as you'd like. Forest Knolls is a quiet and safe neighborhood that makes you feel like you're in a forest in the middle of an urban city.
