This newly updated 3 bedrooms, 2 bath home sleeps 6 and has plenty of space to spread out. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on the private sun porch, cook your meals in the well-stocked granite & stainless kitchen. Beach chairs and buggy included. All linens included with beds made! Need 2 homes, Beauty & The Beach is around the corner.

Walkin' on Sunshine!

In the heart of Sunset Beach. 3 minute walk to beach access and 5 parking spaces. There are 3-bedrooms : 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 futon (all bed linens and towels included with no additional charge). Wi-Fi, 5 TV's and one is outdoors under the house. Washing machine/dryer on the same level as living area. There are 2 bathrooms the primary has bathtub and there is a shower in each bathroom. Outdoor shower, gas grill, beach chairs/umbrella. 4 beach cruiser bikes you are welcome to use.

No stairs to climb, level walkway, and a fully fenced yard are ideal for children, pets (fee applies), and older guests. Fresh linens, bath towels, beach towels and chairs are provided.

Our house is clean, updated, and comfortable with all the modern amenities (wifi, smart TVs). All bedding and bath linens are provided during your stay.

The Alma House is a lovely 4br/3ba Beachfront cottage that was home to the founders of OIB, Odell and Virginia "Alma" Williamson. Fully Renovated and situated on a 75ft Oceanfront lot, this house is perfect for a tranquil and low maintenance family getaway. Amenities include a spacious fenced in yard, private beach access, outdoor patio and covered gazebo. Boasts ample parking and open entertainment areas as well. Only a 3 minute bike ride from town center. Enjoy a simple slice of paradise!
