Our home is located centrally in Sunriver, directly across from Fort Rock Park.Wood burning fireplace to keep you warm and cozy on snowy days, and A/C to keep you cool on hot summer days. The 75 inch smart TV and large living room offer ample seating for the entire family. The bedrooms are distant from each other and offer privacy and comfort for each guest. Riverfront cabin w/ fantastic location! Conveniently located to the Sunriver Village (5 min) & Mt. Bachelor (20 min). Take it easy @ this unique, round house perched over the Spring River w/ 2 levels of decking, hot tub & private dock! Enjoy H20 activities, hiking & biking. Kayaks, SUP, canoe & bikes available during summer.Stunning 180 degree views of the river. House is well stocked w/ all the creature comforts. This home is truly a peaceful oasis for some fun and R&R! 1 dog limit, $100 fee.

Beautiful Condo in SR Village

Cozy, updated condo located steps from the Sunriver Village. Walk out the front door and you'll find fresh coffee, pastries, beer, groceries, ice skating or mini golf (depending on the season), and everything else the village has to offer! The walking/bike trail is behind the home, which leads you all around Sunriver, including to lodge, Nature Center, Fort Rock Park, Stables, Marina, or SHARC (a pool/hot tub), which is also only a 2 minute drive. As of June 2025 we also have new AC and heat!

Pepper’s Place

Private marina & hot tub — cozy studio Apt with no shared walls. 7-min drive to the Village at Sunriver via S. Century, 20 mins to Bend, 25 minutes to Mt. Bachelor. SUPs (2), kayaks (2), floats, rafts, and bikes (2 adult + 2 kid), snowshoes (4 pairs). Pepper is a friendly golden/boxer mix who loves kids and dogs. Pet friendly (no fee), fenced yard, hot tub, propane and wood fire pits, OWW. Sound-deadened movie theater and foosball room available upon request. Backyard is shared with Pepper.

Cozy A frame cabin set in a quiet neighborhood among the pine trees just a short walk from the Deschutes River. The Black Duck Cabin is a perfect destination for all of Central Oregon's amazing activities. 10 minute drive to Sunriver Village, 30 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor, 30 minutes to Downtown Bend, 10 minute walk to the Deschutes River, golfing, fishing, hiking, shopping, mountain biking, all a short drive. If you're looking for a rustic, cabin experience this is the place for you!

Our condo is part of the Powder Village Condominiums, B building, second floor #2. The condo has vaulted ceilings with a lofted area for relaxing. It includes a full kitchen and bathroom with a shower. There is also a balcony with seating and an electric grill. The property includes a seasonal outdoor pool and a hot tub that is open year round and laundry facility on property. There are paved walking/biking trails nearby and a short walk to bars, restaurants and convenience stores.

Location, location, LOCATION! This property is in the heart of Sunriver, less than a 5-minute walk to the village shops & restaurants, the Resort Lodge, Spa, and the Meadows Golf course! There are miles of hiking & biking trails just outside your doorstep! Mt Bachelor Ski Resort is a 25-minute drive away. Bikes, BBQ grill, wood-burning fireplace, a private cedar sauna, & tubes for floating down the river are all included in your rental for some summertime fun or a winter getaway!
