Comfortable private studio apartment, top floor of home, with upstairs outside entrance. Located i the most central neighborhood in Boone. Walking distance to ASU campus, the Saturday farmers market, movie theater, downtown (bars, restaurants, shops), Earth Fare grocery and bus stops. Drive 15 - 20 minutes to swimming holes, great hiking trails, and ski slopes. In winter, our street is one of the first to be plowed, lending easy access to main plowed roads. This lovely new, super cozy 400 sq ft cabin with one bedroom plus loft (queen beds) sleeps 4 people comfortably. Lovingly adorned with my mosaic artwork, “Kirsten’s Cabin” is located less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Boone and is centrally located to many High Country attractions. The convenient location is a big plus, the trade-off is you can hear traffic from the 105 bypass. Ear plugs and noise machines provided. There's parking options for different types of vehicles available.

Two minute walk to ASU campus and a few more minutes to multiple dining options. 14 exterior steps down to this basement apartment. 116 sq feet of functional new construction. Nestled in the Blue Ridge mountains only ten minutes from both downtown Boone, Blowing Rock, App Ski, and Blue Ridge Parkway hiking, this fully-equipped tiny house on wheels is a great spot for vacation or an extended stay in the Appalachians. Note: this is a tiny house. It is 8' x 26'. It is very comfortable for up to two people (maybe three if the third is a very small child).
