Pearl's Place, named after a long-time owner and resident, is a charming, restored craftsman bungalow. Sitting on the porch you will enjoy our quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood. A short walk will put you on the hiking/biking trails that wind throughout town. Centrally located, we are within a few minutes drive to the State Capitol, the University of Nebraska, and Lincoln's three hospitals. Or, stay in and enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen, wifi and large screen TV.

Enjoy your stay in this charming Near South bungalow. The house has been newly refurbished with all new furniture, a custom bar, remodeled bathroom, washer/dryer and a home chef's kitchen. Home has 2 bedrooms, one bath, living room, family room, dining room and kitchen. It also includes a screened-in front porch to relax while looking onto the front yard full of native flowers and plants. There are 11 steps to get into the home from the street. Street parking only. Owners live on premise.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This home offers 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, 3 TVs, 2 electric fireplaces, and a xtra large bathroom with a free-standing soaking tub. Main/first floor laundry room equiped with brand new samsung washer & dryer. There is a garage that's not accessible at the moment, I apologize for this inconvenience. Along driveway that can park 3 midsized vehicles. A completely fenced-in smaller backyard with an all seasonal back patio for you to enjoy.

Modern kitchenette will allow you to prepare quick meals. We live in the upper levels with our dog (Esther) so you will hear us moving around a bit. The space is a little tight for four grown adults, but it’s great for a family with kids. Sofa pulls out to a full-sized bed. We love to offer our porch and patio for your enjoyment!
