This recently converted self contained private detached modern annexe is located within 15 minutes walk of Durham City centre with its world class University and Cathedral and is great for both holiday and business travellers. The Annexe is in the grounds of our larger house occupied by us, situated at the end of a private road near to Durham City centre. The annexe is totally self contained and has its own allocated parking space next to it together with private decked area with Cathedral views

IMPORTANT: roadworks elsewhere can occasionally cause additional traffic to pass the flat during peak times until October, but it is lovely and quiet here during the night. Close to walks through woodland (5 minutes away), a trip into Durham (4 miles) or Newcastle (20 miles). Pets welcome. Supermarket 5 mins walk away.

It has everything you need in a home from home to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. It’s a short journey into Durham City, by car or bus and also close to the beaches of County Durham.

Comfortable studio apartment for two. In great location a pleasant 10 minute walk, via the riverside from the historic city centre, with its many attractions and numerous options for shopping and entertainment. Could accommodate baby if necessary and I will provide travel cot and high chair if required at no extra cost. However, guests must provide own bedding and other requirements for baby feeding etc.
