Welcome to my home! My home is in a quiet community in N. Chandler, AZ. I do not allow pets. The home feels spacious with 3 bedrooms (1 BR is an office), 2 bathrms & vaulted ceilings. I have a beautiful salt wtr aquarium. The back yard has a large patio, fire pit, fountain, elec fireplace, flowers and very private. There is a comm. pool (not heated), hot tub, tennis, pickle ball and basketball court. Pkg is in 2 car garage, driveway or street, 3 car max. Some of my belongings are in the home.

Have your best night ever sleeping on our Comfortable Queen Memory foam mattress. All linens and towels are sanitized, bed linens are line dryed, pillowcases lightly starched and ironed. We take pride in the cleanliness of this room and bath. We use a 5 step cleaning process including sanitizing all hard surfaces after each guest. You won't go hungry, we provide a bit of breakfast and snacks. Yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, microwave popcorn and plenty of bottled water.

Come experience a piece of Chandler history! This spacious, private home boasts glimpses into its 1940s heritage. Nestled in the highly desirable Ocotillo neighborhood, it maintains an aura of the past on a quiet dirt road next to an open pasture. Distant cheers from baseball fields down the street trail off into silence at night- a getaway that’s surprisingly within a mile or two of all major amenities.

Airport is a short 20 minute drive with easy access to multiple freeways.
