We have a two spacious bedroom and two full baths in a house surrounded by outdoor patio with private off street parking. We have put a lot of love in making this hose available for you. Oakview Place is a quiet, cozy 1-bedroom retreat in the prestigious San Roque neighborhood. After a day of exploring Santa Barbara, relax with a glass of wine on your own private patio, watching the sun set through the 300 year-old oak trees. Or, walk a few blocks to Harry's, our favorite watering hole. If you like to hike, Oakview Place is one block to Steven's Park and the Jesusita Trail. Off street parking. No pets.

Entire unit has ocean views and a patio to watch the beautiful Summerland sunsets. 5 min walk or bike ride to Summerland Beach.
