Stunning Ocean View Vacation Home - Santa Barbara

This newly refurnished coastal house sleeps 7 across 3 generously sized bedrooms. You can also book the 1 bed/1 bath attached guest unit for an additional $200/night. In the main unit, there is two king bedrooms, a room with two full beds and a second living room/office/workout area that serves as an extra sleeping area with a queen pull out bed and a Peloton. In the separate guest unit there is a king bedroom, bathroom, living room, second kitchen and private outdoor deck and living space.

The sunny and peaceful romantic suit is 717 sf fully equiped with queen size comfy bed, big living room with comfy single sleeping sofa bed, fireplace and kitchenette, private guest's laundry room with w/d. The retreat is located on the first floor of our tri-level house with private entrance at side yard. Large wooden deck around the entire unit which surrounded by seasonal creek, you will feel like being in the forest. All the pictures you see on the list are for guests exclusive use.

Summerland Ocean View Cottage

I am hoping to take a vacation with my grandchildren Easter week so I am looking for at least a four or five day reservation between the 27th of March and April 3. I have priced those days lower than I usually do for spring break.. Beautiful view, lots of patio space. Simple home, with lots of light and charm. I live in a separate flat at the end of the driveway. No pets/additional guests without prior consent. If you are coming with children or pets please submit an inquiry first.
