Appi Family is a single-family house with a wide garden located in the municipality of Capoterra, in the residential district Residenza del Poggio. We are at only 20 minutes from the Cagliari city center and 15 minutes from the airport, a very convenient location to explore the city of Cagliari and the beautiful seaside of the south Sardegna: 1. at only 20 minutes from us, you will find Nora, an old punic city later conquered by the roman empire. Its ruins are located a step away from the crystal clear water of the sea; 2. at only 30 minutes from us, you will find the beaches of Santa Margherita di Pula with fine and clear sand; 3. A 45 minutes drive will bring you to one of the most beautiful shores on the Mediterranean sea, the seaside location of Chia with white sand dunes, crystalline sea water, secular junipers and lagoons with multicolored reflections. 4. The French window connects the room to a small balcony with a table and chairs. The internal bathroom is for the exclusive use of the room to which it is directly connected and is equipped with a shower, you will also find clean towels available, shampoo and balm for hairs.. For breakfast you will find coffee pods in the room. It is possible to eat only in your room or on your private terrace... while enjoying the splendid view of the sea. Staying indoors when the landscape outside is so spectacular is almost blasphemy. In the both the red and yellow rooms, you will be greeted every morning by the Pan di Zucchero, the sea-stack that looms off the Nebida coast and can be seen from our windows and balconies.
