The large screened-in porch is a great place to enjoy a meal or sit and play games. In the winter, bring your snowmobile and access the Snowmobile Trail from our property.

A charming pine cottage right on Lake Huron. Located in an area of fascinating history and enjoyment on the water. Fabulous kayak destinations right outside the door. Have breakfast on the dock or at your private deck table with seating for six. Plenty of space at the dock to tie up your watercraft with boat launching right next door at Kensington Point Marina. The cottage water is fully filtered through an Ultra Violet light source which makes it 100% pure and drinkable out of the tap.

Red Oar Cottage is a relaxing quiet refuge on the waterfront at Little Fairbanks Lake. Bring your water toys or borrow our paddle board to enjoy the lake. The cottage has access to Fairbanks Lake for boating and fishing and a quick drive to the provincial park for the beach. Sudbury is only 40 min away for a visit to Canada's Mining Capital.
