It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Best location quiet leafy street 2 mins walk to shops cafes restaurants theatre train etc. A stroll to beautiful Kings Park, all the major hospitals & 5 min drive to City.
