It includes living room, kitchen, full bath, upstairs sleeping nook and camping on 20 acres of privacy. This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

Rocky Meadows Farm is a beautiful, rural landscape located in Blaine, Tennessee. We are conveniently located off Highway 11, providing easy access to: Downtown Knoxville (25mins) Sevierville (45mins) Cherokee Dam (30 mins) Big Ridge State Park (35 mins) The Loft is an old cattle barn we have renovated to create an amazing rustic getaway. It offers a spacious front porch, a small kitchenett, and a full bathroom with a hot shower!

The Hideaway property is located in the woods off of Chapman Hwy, at the end of a 0.25 mile driveway (2 miles from downtown Sevierville).
