There is no beach access from the property but we're just a short walk to the Alders Beach which offers long stretches of sand for walking, swimming and exploring tidal pools. It is ten min. walk to swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking at kid-friendly Sandy Beach, or a 15 min. walk down to an ocean beach and Mansons Lagoon. Whaletown Lagoon Floathouse

Our " floathouse" has everything a guest could want, privacy and a beautiful waterfront location on the Whaletown Lagoon. There is a shared family dock for launching your kayaks, swimming, or just relaxing and watching the changing of the tides. Its vintage ambience combines much of its original historical nature and water travels with modern updates. A former bunk house for hand logging camps and part of our floating household, its traveling days are now over.

West Coast Cottage on Waterfront Property

Discover coastal bliss in our West Coast Cottage in Campbell River, just 30 mins from Mount Washington and nestled within close driving distance to Willow Point and downtown. Enjoy breathtaking ocean & mountain views, and wildlife from bald eagles to dolphins. Fire up the BBQ on your private deck, then later come enjoy the common firepit area! The cottage does not have ocean view, however, the waterfront is only 30 meters away on our property.
