The Annexe at Lychgate Cottage (once the Village school) is opposite the church in Weston sub-Edge, a pretty village near Chipping Campden. The Annexe is next to the Village Green leading to Dover’s Hill. There's a small lobby, bedroom with TV, tea tray, shower room. Upstairs - a cosy lounge with Smart TV, sofa, fridge ,microwave- no kitchen.Outside, a small terrace with table & chairs.The Seagrave Arms is just 5 min walk away. Lapstone Barn (weddings) a 10 min drive -sorry no pets or children.

Offa Hideaway is very comfortable, & close to everything Leamington has to offer. Enjoy surprising peace just 15 minutes' walk from the centre of town. Your room has an ensuite, double bed with Vispring mattress, table, TV, wifi, kitchenette (microwave, hot plates, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, fridge) and storage. Tea, coffee & basic breakfast (bread, butter, jam, muesli), linen & towels are provided. If you would like a fuller supply of breakfast items at a small extra charge, please ask.

Near the pretty village of Honington on the edge of the Cotswolds, about 2 miles from Shipston on Stour which is a gateway to the beauty of the Cotswolds and 9 miles from Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa. The Stables have been recently renovated, underfloor heating, combines contemporary style in a character Barn Converstion on a farm in a rural location offering peace and quiet and overlooks an Italian style garden. Dogs are welcome and can run free in the gardens and fields.

The Loft/Annex at New House Farm

The Annex at New House Farm is situated in Stanton, one of the prettiest villages in the Cotswold. The Mount Inn with its stunning views and home cooked food is a short walk away. Broadway is 3 miles where you will find many shops, cafes & pubs including the Lygon Arms with its new James Martin restaurant. Stratford-on-Avon is the regions cultural centre with it's Shakespearian heritage & Cheltenham is 11 miles with excellent shopping good choice of restaurants and its famous racecourse.

The Retreat

Recently refurbished & hidden away privately behind electric gates, a truly delightful private parkland style setting of landscape mature gardens with views over open countryside. A great base for relaxing & visiting the Cotswolds, Oxford, Diddly Squat Farm Shop & The Farmer's Dog, Blenheim Palace or Bicester Village. Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests.

The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.
