A stunning 2 bedroom rural getaway, a complete luxury countryside retreat perfectly located for exploring the local area, including a 15 minute walk to James May’s renowned pub and located only 2 miles from the village of Tisbury with all local amenities and a train station with direct links to London Waterloo. This charming cottage boasts two large bedrooms, one super king and one king along with a beautiful bathroom, downstairs shower room and picturesque gardens to enjoy with green egg bbq.

The Summer House

The Summer House is a recently converted guest house, self contained with fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bed on the galleried mezzanine level ,accessed by ladder stairs with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has wi-fi , streamed TV, and ceiling speakers for streaming music. The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits at the top of 14 acres of grounds over looking the main house. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

There are lovely local walks with stunning views of the valley and Salisbury Cathedral. Three popular local pubs offer good food. Heale House Gardens and its tearoom are within walking distance. The three local churches are also worth a visit. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional charge of £10 per day.
