Apartments Koralj is within walking distance of Diocletian's Palace, and offer air-conditioned units with free Wi-Fi, LCD satellite TV and furnished terrace. This stone house was rebuilt in 2014. It's situated in quiet location in the historic center of Split. Luxury apartment with one bedroom and terrace. On the lower floor is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, available machine washer, microwave, stove, oven, a small bathroom with a laundry machine and scale of the upper floors. On the upper floor there is a room with a large bed and a fully equipped private bathroom. Grocery store is opposite the apartments and the commercial Marmont street and charming square Prokurative are 250m away. Diocletian's Palace, which is under the protection of UNESCO and the magnificent Riva promenade are 300 meters away from the apartment Koralj. Guests can enjoy walking the green forest park Marjan, located 800 meters from the apartment. Poljud Stadium is 900 meters away and the Bacvice beach 1 km. In every moment when guests need something the host is avelable. Peaceful surrounding even though it's in the city centre. Apartment is in the center so it's possible to acces anything by foot. Nearby is bus station, taxi. It's possible to ask hosts to organise transfer on/for airport.

Townhouse „Viva“ is located in Veli Varoš, one of two oldest town districts outside the, 400 meters distant, palace of emperor Diocletian. The youngest part of the house, its attic,is dated in the 19th century, while other parts of it were built before the 19th century. Now,restored, it offers a feeling of the old Split's house and modern time symbiosis. Guests have three floors of the house at their disposal. Train and bus station, as well as the ferry port, are reachable in less than 10 minutes by foot. You won't need to use a car while staying with us.

This beautiful, modern house with an outdor pool is located in Solin. It is a small but beautiful town, only a short drive away from Split. The house is located by the river Jadro. Surrounding of the house is decorated as park with lots of walking trails. House has four spacious bedrooms for eight people and three bathrooms. Also you can use parking and auxiliary facility which is traditional croatian tavern with barbecue and board games( billiards and darts ).

We live on the first floor, take care of the maintenance of the house, garden and the pool. Villa is only 5 kilometers away from the old center of Split and Diocletian's palace!

Welcome to Silvija House ! ☀️ The house is located in the famous Varoš neighborhood, on Senjska Street, just 250 m from the seafront and 500 m from Diocletian’s Palace. Our biggest advantage: a spacious home, which is rare in Split’s city center. Note: the annex is included for bookings of 4 guests or more. If you are fewer than 4, a €40 extra fee must be paid on site to access it. ✅ Bed linen and towels are included in all rooms.
