Outside a private south facing patio, table, chairs, Kadai fire pit/bbq, hot tub, pizza oven.

Short Term Let Licence No ST00306F A former blacksmiths workshop lovingly modernised to provide a bright and comfortable cottage. Located on the waters edge of Loch Katrine in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Linens are provided for your stay. For the 2026 season, we have a new hot tub and sauna available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a Sunday arrival or departure.

Ample parking with courtyard access to your private garden with wood fired hot tub, dinning area and bbq to relax. Explore the extensive grounds, woodlands, orchard, bee garden, and wildlife pond. Duck down bedding with blackout blinds for a very comfortable sleep in a peaceful setting.

Wallace Lodge is situated on the edge of the privately owned Cowden Loch at Loch View Farm. The lodge is a south-facing, traditional home with idyllic surroundings and beautiful scenery. The tranquil village of Comrie is situated 2 miles away, with the picturesque town of Crieff, 6 miles away, with Glasgow and Edinburgh one hour away. Wallace Lodge is ideal for a quiet holiday, with a hot tub that could include fishing (additional cost) , golfing (additional cost), tennis, cycling or hiking.

The guest house has a double bed with en suite with a separate living area, with sofa, TV and table for 2. The sofa pulls down to provide a small bed, but we recommend this is for a 1 or 2 small children, or if someone can't sleep/partner snores!
