Outside is a grill with a side burner. A large, screened porch with picnic table, outdoor seating, lights & fan. Private circular drive.

Stop by Steinhatchee Scoops for some banana pudding ice cream on your way back to the cottage!

Comfortable for the entire crew in this NEW 3 bedroom / 2 full-bath home in the heart of the Steinhatchee action. Exactly 1-mile from the boat ramp. Boat Parking directly in front of the house, visible and safe at all times! Wifi is available within the house for streaming when not taking advantage of the outdoor activities. Note: For prior guests, the Floating Dock sustained damage during hurricane, message us before hand for an update if dock is needed.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located along the upper Steinhatchee River. Located down a dead end road in the woods. Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If you’re lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.

With plenty of space to sleep 10 guests you can bring the family and enjoy spending time in the large kitchen and open concept living/dining area. The master offers a king size bed, private balcony and a relaxing bathroom with soaker tub & tiled shower. Our pool and dock are both up in working order as of July 2025
