The Old Workshop - Grassington

This accessible two bedroom accommodation is in Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales. There are two ensuite bedrooms, one with full accessibility. The whole place is on one level. Both bedrooms have zip and link king size beds, which can be split into single beds on request. The bedrooms have ensuite facilities, one is accessible This new build has underfloor heating and is warm & cosy. There's a large patio and a garden to enjoy during your stay. The entire place is yours and is self-catering

Tethera Nook - a beautifully crafted retreat

Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It's a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It is 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

You have exclusive access to the garden, which means relaxing in the hot tub after a long day sight seeing, shopping or hitting the pubs.

Well Cottage is centrally located in the small, charming market town of Settle sleeping 1-2 people. Ideally situated at the end of the High Street with free parking for 1 car. Shop, bars, restaurants and cafes are all within a 2 minute walk and the train station is within a 5 minute walk away. The Cottage is over 200 years old and has interesting historical features with internal stone walls and exposed windows. A small quirky cottage in a fabulous location.

Our home offers incredible views of Wharfedale and is ideally located for a short walk to the main street, shops, cafes and pubs. Ideally situated between The Yorkshire Dales (10 minutes drive) & The Lake District (40 minutes drive). Close to Bentham, North Yorkshire. Quiet & off the main road. A great countryside getaway to relax & escape to the country but close to amenities & a great base to explore the area, cycling, walking, hiking or just relaxing.

The Bothy

This stunning property is situated with in i40 acres of Adambottom Farm . The Bothy is located at the end of a line of traditional outbuildings and was once a hay barn. There is plentiful supply of wild salmon and trout to fish. A wildlife haven for many birds and wild flowers. Wensleydale boasts extensive attractions. Such as the magnificent Aysgarth Falls and splendid Bolton Castle both walkable from the Bothy .
