It is a quite small studio (20 m2) but has all necessary for two people on vacation. There is a table with two chairs outside. The house is situated 300 m from the city center and 400 m from the beach, it takes 10 minutes walk. There is a lot of free parking space near the house. The owner lives in the same house. Included in the price: parking, final cleaning, wi-fi, tourist tax.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

There are many beautiful beaches where You can relax and enjoy the sun, the sea, nature. Also is good for hiking because have hills and marked trails.

Two separate bedrooms, one on the first level one in the attic, kitchen with the living room and a nice balcony on the second level and a small bathroom is what this 47m2 apartment consists of. Both the attic and the 1st floor have an air conditioner. Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa.
