The modular couch can be converted to sleep one more adult (or maybe two kids). A 17 minute walk to the Idaho Center parking lot and conveniently located for events or golf! This adorable guest house offers a secure and private stay. Includes a full bathroom, king bed, and outdoor eating area. Our home is close to Meridian Village, Settlers Park, and our main highway (I-84). Close proximity to Downtown Boise, rivers, and the airport. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway and space is available to store bikes, kayaks, etc. A twin air mattress and child pack-n-play available upon request. We do not allow pets, including emotional support animals.

In the office there is an infrared sauna. The bonus has a tv and games. The living room boasts an impressive 18-foot ceiling. Outside, enjoy the hot tub and bbq area—great for relaxing evenings. We’re happy to provide cots and sleeping pads, making this home a great fit for sports teams or large groups

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.

A private loft located in Nampa, Idaho near the Ford Idaho Center. This location has a private driveway with garage. One room (upstairs) with bathroom (downstairs). Only 5 minutes from I-84. Located in the country, this is the perfect spot to unwind after catching a concert at the Idaho Center or after a long day of traveling! There is a refrigerator, microwave and TV with local channels available for use.
