Rustic Green Shepherds Hut under the Wenlock Edge

Get away from it all in our authentic Shepherds Hut, situated under the Wenlock Edge, in the picturesque Shropshire Hills. A simple, yet charming shepherds hut complete with; two single beds, a table, chairs, an indoor log burner, indoor and outdoor lighting, two plug sockets to charge a phone and a kettle. A fresh water tap is close by, and there are basic shower and toilet facilities on site. The two single beds can be moved together to create a double, although, bedding is not provided.

Off-grid living, high in the Shropshire Hills

The Garden Room is a private, cosy, off-grid apartment that's perfect for couples in search of a quiet break or looking to explore the area. It has basic kitchen facilities along with a king size bed, a wood burning stove and a piping hot shower. We have reliable wifi, no tv and an ok mobile signal. Lovely up here this time of year and plenty of wildlife to be seen; deer in the garden, swallows zooming about, the other morning I saw two hares leaping and sparring in the front yard - just great.

Annexed to the main house, the "Studio" has it's own front door, private access & parking. With all mod-cons including a dishwasher, free WiFi and Freely TV, the Studio is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Shropshire countryside. Located 3 miles east of Church Stretton & a 35 minute walk to the popular Royal Oak pub in Cardington, a favourite haunt of the locals.

Its rural setting makes it a fab option for walkers, nature lovers and those looking for peace and quiet with scenic views, easy access to Shrewsbury (20 mins’ drive) and nearby pretty villages including Much Wenlock. Accommodation comprises a kitchen (w. slimline dishwasher), open plan sitting/dining area with log burner, bedroom (King Size bed), shower room and downstairs loo. Sofa bed on request (small double).

Located however less than 10 mins to the beautiful town of Bridgnorth and only 13 min to Much Wenlock and 30 mins to Ludlow. This is an ideal location for exploring South Shropshire . There are plenty of walks in the locality with Brown Clee only 10 mins away. The property itself is in a quiet courtyard with plenty of free parking .

Eastwall, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is at the foot of Wenlock Edge, perfect for anyone who appreciates stunning scenery and the beautiful Shropshire Countryside. The cottage is cosy and private but if you require any extra services we are across the yard and can tailor your stay to your needs.
