Family Vacation Home on 20 Acres w/ Bass Pond!

Vacation getaway on 20 acres. 1100 sqft wrap around covered porch overlooking a 3/4 acre private pond. The pond is well stocked with bass and brim for easy catching. Large fire pit with log benches between the house and pond. Great sound system! Guests are able to connect their device to the sound system and enjoy their music inside and out. The pond includes a paddle boat and there are life jackets in the barn. Downstairs has a fridge, pool table, dart board, & other games for our guests.

Enjoy our peaceful waterfront lake home, on Lake Tillery, Albemarle, NC. Large flat yard, lots of parking, deck with dining tables and lounge chairs. Deep water at pier, which has covered shaded areas, and the shoreline is shallow. A one level open floor plan, with large screened porch and deck, conducive to lake living and enjoyment! This property is unique as it’s in Jacob’s Creek cove on LKT where boat and jet ski traffic is little to none. The cove also has a nature preserve where you’ll see wood ducks fly in, blue herons raise their chicks each year, ospreys hunt in the evening and you can kayak to see beavers!

Our home features a 6 person hot tub, front and back decks, Blackstone grill with a low country boil pot, outdoor dining table and seating area with a propane fire pit, outdoor fire pit, dock, fishing rods, paddle boards, kayaks and other fun lake toys!
