Please note: Tri-Dam has closed public launch ramps for motorized boats, but is expected to be open by Spring 2026, with an inspection process. The lake remains open for kayaks, paddleboards, and swimming. Relax on the deck, explore quiet coves, enjoy sunrise paddles, and visit charming Gold Country towns nearby for a true lakeside escape.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A unique waterfront condominium with water level deck and boat dock. Swim, fish, float, paddleboard, and relax. To those interested in bringing a powered watercraft, please message me prior to booking. It is possible. It takes a little bit of extra steps but we are having guests reserve and have it in the water the next day on their arrival. They are doing the decontamination rinse and using drifters marina for their launch.

This is our Beautiful Lake House , 2 BR, 2 Bath......right on the water at Lake Tulloch. It is nice and light inside our home with air conditioning for the summer and a heater for the winter. You are close to Jamestown, Sonora, Yosemite, Dodge Ridge and Oakdale where you can wine taste, hike, and explore in the spring and summer or ski in the winter! We would love to host you and your family/guests!.........Please note we have occasional limited Wi-Fi since we are in a fairly remote area.
