Our apartment is on the first floor with a sea view balcony. The apartment has got a bedroom with a double bed , a smart tv , free wifi , a safe and a triple wardrobe. It has also got a bathroom with a shower, a living room with two couch-beds and if you need there is a collapsible baby cot available. Also our apartment has a kitchen with all things you need for cooking like refrigator, coffee machine, toaster, hob, boiler, cooking utensils and crockery.

Villa Balcony is located on the mountainside of Pantanassa, next to the traditional village of Rodia. The location of the villa is very advantageous because it is located on the eastern side of the mountain and offers spectacular view of the whole city of Heraklion, the bay of Heraklion, the island of Dia and the Aegean sea. Also, due to the location of the villa, at night, the moonrise offers a beautiful and romantic view.

The village is a very nice place where you can find almost everything to shop, have a coffee place and relax in a traditional tavern. The level is 800m above the sea so the air is always fresh and clear !! There is many beutiful places you can visit around , take a walk or do mountain bike..
