The Annex at King's Crossing is a brand new, tastefully furnished two bedroom, one bathroom home with an upstairs sleeping loft. Space is maximized and height is harnessed to create a unique, contemporary experience amidst a rural setting near the heart of historic Fredericksburg! King's Crossing is nestled between downtown Fredericksburg and the battlefields; you will find that getting to local attractions is an easy drive. Additionally, we are within 1 hour of DC, Richmond, and Shenandoah.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a completely separate studio basement suite within our home. The suite has it's own entrance, kitchenette, and private bath with walk-in shower and toilet separate from the vanity. Suite is located on a secluded 3 and 1/2 acre wooded lot just 1.5 miles from I95. Location is 18 min from Historic Fredericksburg, 20 Min from Washington Ferry Farm, 35 min from Mount Vernon, and 41 min from the Pentagon. Easy access to Quantico.

This 1925 Bungalow is a relaxing space whether visiting Quantico for TBS/OCS/FBI graduations or sightseeing. Amtrak and VRE train stop under 5 minute walk direct to Alexandria, Crystal City, or DC (Union Station). In town you can fish, watch the sunset at the Potomac River, visit restaurants, or drive 5 minutes to the golf course (open to public). For DoD Cardholders it is 7 min walk to theater/gym/bowling. A twin-over-full bunk bed also rests at the end of the open living room. The private master suite with a king bed includes additional seeting and a workstation. The private bathroom provides a large shower, toilet, spacious sink, and new washer and dryer.
